At Treasures Fine Jewelry & Repair, we strive to provide each and every client with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. However, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.

Treasures Fine Jewelry & Repair offers a 7-day return policy, which allows you to return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. The merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was received; items that have been altered or damaged will not be eligible for return.

Note: We provide a return policy only for the ‘off-the-shelf’ jewelry items thus the returns of the ‘customized orders will not be accepted.

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to Treasures Fine Jewelry & Repair, please follow these steps.
1. Indicate the reason for your return
2. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by contacting us via email at [email protected]
3. Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
4. Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
5. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
6. We will issue a refund, not including the shipping cost.
7. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately. Treasures Fine Jewelry & Repair is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Special orders, personalized, and made-to-order merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
2. Watches can be returned or exchanged only within 7 days.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed
5. Returns will not be accepted if the RMA number is not visible on the box.
6. Returns will not be accepted if the tags are removed from the purchased item(s)
7. Engraved or sized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
8. Ensuring your return shipment for its total purchase value is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for a lost or stolen package

Treasures Fine Jewelry & Repair stores offer an exchange-only policy within the first 10 days of the purchase date, with a valid receipt. Treasures fine jewelry & repair does not offer in-store refunds. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item(s) for any item(s) of the same price or more.
